WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We offer global shipping on all our products.
WHICH COURIER COMPANIES DO YOU USE?
We want you to receive your order as quickly and conveniently as possible. That’s why we only used tracked courier services with good delivery management options. We partner with DHL and DPD for our domestic and global deliveries.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We share your contact details with our couriers so that they can keep you updated with the progress of your order.
HOW DO CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES WORK?
All our goods are shipped from the United Kingdom. When shipping within the European Union no duties will be charged. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may incur further taxes, duties and charges. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY TIMESCALES AND COSTS
We are reliant on couriers to deliver our products. We choose them carefully, but have no control over their operations. For United Kingdom deliveries placed Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch the same day for orders placed before 12 noon GMT. For international deliveries we aim to dispatch the next working day.
